The Meditation Sessions

Please see the below information about the guided meditation sessions that Jay conducts.

What type of meditation sessions are these?

This is a really good question. These are guided meditation sessions. They are not the typical “feel good” type of meditation sessions that you find in meditation apps these days. Although feeling better will be a result of these sessions, they are oriented towards a much deeper perspective and understanding your psyche, and the inner workings of your mind. If one follows through this progressive course of 5 levels of meditation, they will get a complete understanding of their awareness, attention, the mind, how feelings and emotions work, and gain control over several aspects of their mind. The sessions are designed to enable you to independently continue meditating, without support of applications or guides, once the courses are complete.

This type of meditation structure eventually leads to self discovery, and self realization. Over his 10 years of experience in teaching meditation and guiding spiritual seekers, Jay has structured these sessions loosely based on Dhyana (not to be confused with Dhyana in Buddhism).

Details about the sessions:

  • These are progressive sessions, meaning that if you are a beginner and do not know much about meditation, it is not advisable to try out an intermediate session and so on
  • All of the below sessions can be conducted online with advanced booking
  • Once you have requested your session, you will get a confirmation email and instructions about how to connect and prepare for the session/s
  • If you have serious mental health issues, these sessions are NOT an alternative to seeking professional help from a mental health professional. If this is the case, please seek professional medical help
